The spacious double room was perfect for our city break stay with a balcony and comfortable sofa to relax on. Plus, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent, offering top-notch dining experiences in town. the spa area was one of the best parts of the hotel. There were two saunas, a hammam, a jacuzzi, and a relaxation room, leaving us with plenty of options to relax and rejuvenate.
The staff seemed to be grumpy and not very welcoming. The younger staff members seemed to lack proper training and were not very helpful.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that had a beautiful view. the tasty breakfast filled our tummies each morning. the highlight of our stay was the fantastic wellness area that was never too crowded. We also enjoyed the live music at the bar during evenings, and the friendliness of the cleaning lady.
The staff could have been more informative about the hotel's facilities and procedures.

The hotel had two beautiful saunas that were not crowded. the location was convenient as it was close to both the bus stop and the ski lifts. the food at the restaurant was delicious and definitely worth trying.
The apartment was located far away from the main area of the hotel. This made it inconvenient for me to access the wellness center, reception, and bars/restaurants that were located in the main area.
